Description

Saint-Bris is the only appellation in Burgundy where Sauvignon Blanc can be produced, the remarkable Burgundian exception! The location of the vineyard allows Sauvignon Blanc to express all of its aromatic potential, as well as the minerality of the terroir. Dom Laurent, through its traditional know-how, allows this grape variety to express the best expression of its strong character. Its mineral side makes it ideal with gambas.
