Return Policy

Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged to us at the time of delivery, or will be refused thereafter. 

We will replace any bottle that is corked, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the faulty bottle (with its own cork) to our office for replacement. ​It is common understanding in the wine trade, that bottles older than 10 years are purchased at customer's risks and hence shall not be replaced.
