Description

50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier, all from the 2015 harvest in addition to a percentage of reserve wines from the 2014 harvest. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel. The vinification is carried out without the use of malolactic fermentation. 36 months of stay on the lees and 3 months of rest after disgorgement.
