Production:  Made by Toro Albalá, winery founded in 1922, in the heart of the Cordoba countryside and one of Montilla-Moriles’ well-known producer that has succeeded to place its wines on the best tables around the world. This natural sweet wine has been obtained from 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes. Grapes picked on their optimum degree of maturity and left to dry in the sun until they turn into raisins, afterwards the rich must resulting from the pressing rest for less than a year in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered.

Tasting Notes:  Deep amber color. Complex, fruity, dried fruits, especially of raisins and figs, honeyed with good concentration, sweet flavours and character.

Notes:  Excellent at the end of a meal, with desserts, foie or blue cheeses.
