Description

The grapes for this special blend come from 40 to 50 year old vines. The vineyards of the Chardonnay variety are located in the municipality of Pinoso at an altitude of 600-750 m above sea level. Tarima Hill F.B. aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. Harvest 2017 at the end of August.

A balanced, tasteful wine. Ripe fruit, pineapple, mango, white peach, honey, vanilla, spices optimal acidity and a nice medium finish. Excellent combination with fish (also with herring!), crustaceans and shellfish, with the BBQ and as an aperitif. Serve at 10°-12°C.

This is one of the top value wineries in all of Spain, working from generic appellations such as La Mancha to Jumilla and Alicante. They produce an amazing amount of inexpensive, high-quality wine that sells for a song.
