Description

We harvest the whole plot with the two grape varieties that we vinify together in stainless steel vats first of all, then the wine will first be aged in 25hls casks (which corresponds to the harvested volume) for 1 year. Then the wine will be racked in barrels of 500 liters the barrels are filled but will not be topped up. Before bottling we taste each cask and we assemble them.

The vinification and aging of the 2 grape varieties together exacerbate the minerality and salinity. This wine expresses a beautiful harmony.
