Aged in oak barrels and casks for 24 month, Emilien is a,  natural wine made by Château Le Puy and is an accomplished and complex blend of regional grape varieties. It boasts a garnet robe and a bouquet of ripe red fruits that evolves into tertiary aromas such as mushrooms and forest floor. Delicate and velvety, the complex flavours have a long finish. For those too impatient to wait, this wine can be enjoyed for its fruit in its youth but several years in the cellar will reward you handsomely.
