The cuvée artisanal exception of by Jean-Claude Lapalu comes from the Gamay grape of 60-year-old vines. Maceration between 40 and 50 days in terracotta amphora of 420 liters. Raised in vats between 7 and 10 months. Characterized by a beautiful balance between breadth and delicacy. Black cherries, violets and liquorice evolves delicately before entering a silky mineral robe.
