Description

This is the jewel of the estate, a low-volume wine. Getting better every year, P.N. 1328 (a combination of the initials of the variety and the cadastral number of the parcel of vines inherited by the family in 1809) is beyond praise. It is impossible to decide whether this Pinot Noir is better on the nose or in the mouth. As much animal as fruity, as much coherent as surprising, as much sophisticated as basic, this is superb. It invades the mouth, superabundant, smooth.Woody feel too. Timeless. Its friends : Faisan Cocotte, Noix de veau, Onglet de cheval, escalope aux girolles.
