Description

A blend of the three Grand Cru of the house: Avize, Cramant and Chouilly. These parcels from the lower slopes face several directions. Wine fermentation is slow and natural. Fifty per cent of the blend is from wines that have undergone malolactic fermentation. It expresses all the elegance and strength of the mythical area from which it derives. The nose is fresh and full, powerful and fat in the mouth with a subtle finish. A Champagne for every occasion, never banal and with an excellent value for money.
