Description

It is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne.

This 2008 Vintage reveals a very fine and round nose, with aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango) and very ripe yellow fruits, such as apricot, with a very fresh finish. Great intensity in the mouth. To be enjoyed as an aperitif. It will also be very appreciated with a fish with a lemon sauce, generally on dishes with a tangy fruitiness.
