Description

Planted on a clay and schiste hill side, 100 % Chenin Blanc grow with a magnificient exposure. Hand harvested botrytised grapes are vinified and aged carefully in 400 litres barrels. Golden robe, nose of flower, vegetal, white and citrus fruits make it well balanced. Rich, smooth, persistent and elegant. Serve with foie gras, blue cheese or fruit tarts.
