Grapes are hand-harvested. The maceration of the skin with the juice lasts for 30/60 days in oak vats. The wine is then matured for 5 years in old oak barrels. The bottles are then aged before being released. Ageing in bottle will depend on the vintage but it's usually around 5 years. No added sulphur.

Saša Radikon is the vigneron behind Radikon. The family winery is located in the north-east of Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region and, while it might be small, its methodologies are pioneering and set the benchmark for natural and orange wines across the globe.

No sulfur dioxide added, a controversial chemical, antioxidant, preservative and antiseptic, normally used in the food and beverages. To achieve longevity in his wines, Radikon betting everything on the naturalness and integrity. In white wines, this process is known in that slight haze, also given by the absence of clarifications and filtrations, which itself becomes a preservative.
